Course Focus & Objective


Software Engineering principles have been accepted as mandatory requirements with the past experiences of the software industry. Software engineering is not only about developing the desired software by using the various development methods and tools. This also needs understanding the processes used to build and evolve a software system. The course offered by C-DAC focuses on the processes to be followed during development and maintenance of a software system.

The objective of this course is to emphasize the importance of software processes, and how an IT professional can implement the software engineering principles as he/she comes across various phases of software development life cycle

 
Course Structure
CCSPM is a self-paced learning programme offered in e-Learning mode through Internet. The course consists of four modules, which will be covered in three months. The student will be continuously evaluated based on his/her performance in assignments and tests conducted during the course

Eligibility

Any Graduate with IT background can apply for this course. All IT professionals involved in Design and Development of Software Applications or the people who have a sufficient exposure to the software development environment can apply.

 
Course Delivery

The course material is continuously available for the registered students. A group of experts are available as Technical Advisory Committee for this course. Interactions with these experts will be scheduled during the conduction of the course. During the course duration of three months, continuous assessment of student would be carried out. Entire evaluation is done online.Online quizzes and assignments are given to the student and performance of the students is intimated time to time.Student will be awarded a participation certificate indicating the performance level in the online examination conducted through out the course. Student has to score a minimum of 50% marks in online assessment .
